Return & Refund Policy

At luvupet, we want you to love what you order, but if something isn’t right, let us know. We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns & Refunds To qualify for a return and refund, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

Starting a Return To initiate a return, please contact us at contact@luvupet.com. Our customer service team is also available to help with any return queries you may have at the same email address.

Damages and Issues Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items There are some items that cannot be returned:

  • Perishable goods such as food, flowers, or plants.
  • Custom products like special orders or personalized items.
  • Personal care goods such as beauty products.
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please contact us if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Note that sale items and gift cards are also non-returnable.

Exchanges To exchange an item, return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period For our customers in the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification, under the same conditions as our standard policy.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll send you a notification regarding your refund. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it can take some additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
